    The Application of Virtual Simulation Technology in SCM Teaching

    The goal of ordinary local colleges, which provides a large number of talents for the construction and development of local enterprises, is to improve the performance of personnel training constantly. However, the evaluation indexes of the talent training mode are uncertain and the evaluation process is dynamic. So for the construction of evaluation index system, entropy method, principal component analysis and BP neural network method are used to determine the index weights. Markov chain theory is used to find the development trend of the professional talent in different stages and it results in the comprehensive evaluation conclusions. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method is proved by an example.

    In the continuous development of telecom business situation, PTN becomes one of the selections of network construction for telecommunication operators, with the characteristics of connection-oriented performance management and packet switching technology. At present, PTN network planning, construction and development have become an important research direction for telecom operators. This paper analyzes some key points of PTN network design in the application of telecom operation, including hierarchical and subfield architecture, connection-oriented and statistic packet multiplexing protocol of transfer label forwarding, multi-service accessing and load bearing. It points out the important direction of the future development of PTN.

    This paper describes the SCM and PLC briefly; and then explores on the serial communication interface circuit between SCM and PLC from three aspects which are the interface circuit design, setup of the RS - 232 c serial communication interface and communication protocol design. From the sending command frame format and the responsing frame format, it proposes the serial communication process between SCM and PLC, and proposes their application.

    Based on the status of the automatic test, this paper analyzes the problems in it. With the analysis of the dependency relationships among test cases, this paper proposes the solution and implementation based on the dependency relationships of the use cases. Results show that the application of dependency relationships among use cases can generate highly reliable scheduling fast and effectively eliminate defects.

    Aiming at the problems of animal study ability measuring instrument, such as inaccurate and intelligent testing, this paper develops a measuring instrument based on ARM9 and WINCE, which has the advantages of high precision timing, intelligence controlling, storable and wireless. Experimental tests show that the embedded platform performs stable. The test data accuracy is up to 4ppm.

This paper firstly gives an overview of the“double live”data center, introduces its construction contents and backup mode; secondly, it designs the“double live”data center, analyzes of user needs and proposes the design scheme; finally, the implement verifies the feasibility and practicability of the plan.

    Aiming at the problems of inadequate funding and obsolete training equipment, this paper designs a virtual electrical and electronic experimental system based Ulteo technique, which is a WEB system developed by MVC model of JSP. It realizes online teaching management for electric and electronic training courses. By building Ulteo cloud platform, virtual desktop including Multisim simulation software is linked to the WEB system, to achieve the simulation of electric and electronic experiments by Multisim software. Test results show that the system performs well and basically meets the training course teaching requirements.

    Urban traffic system is a huge system, with strong randomness and complexity. In order to effectively control the system, we must continue to study and analyze. This paper mainly discusses on the application of two kinds of intelligent optimization algorithms in urban traffic control. The algorithms are chaos genetic algorithm and chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm. Through the simulation of these two intelligent optimization algorithms, the results show that the adaptive robust and self-learning ability of these algorithms are very strong. They can realize the optimization of traffic signal effectively. Due to the application of fixed cycle control, the average delay of vehicle has been effectively alleviated, having positive significance to improve the traffic situation.

This paper presents the simulation waveforms in Altium Designer. Results show that different solutions lead to different signal performance. So we should adopt the best solution according to the actual conditions of the circuit design program.
