Coal Feeder Control System Based on Frequency Converter and PLC

Abstract  Aiming the shortcomings of manual coal feeder, this paper proposes to improve the accuracy and automation of coal washing, which is an urgent need for the development of the coal washery. In this paper, the automatic technology of inverter and PLC control for reciprocating feeder is introduced, and its principle, hardware equipment, technical characteristics and application feasibility are expounded.
