Abstract Scrum, which is one of the popular and effective agile project management methods in the world, is introduced in this
paper. The definition, application scenarios, management tools and management modes of agile project management are introduced
briefly. Scrum sprint process and define are introduced. Taking Scrum as an example, combining with the practical application of agile
development and management mode in the Internet and software industry, the advantages and optimization direction of agile development
are discussed.
