Abstract  business analysis models can help market analysts to understand the customer status and subdivide the market and customer, then direct the marketing and customer service departments in targeted marketing and efficient customer relationship management. This paper presents the business analysis model for market analyst, to offer them a unified and convenient platform and realize the functions of establishment, search, share and model online verification. It is proved that the system has high feasibility, practicability and stability.
