    Method to Remove the Black Edge of Documents in Android System Based on OpenCV

    This paper presents a method to remove the black edge of documents in Android system based on open source computer vision library OpenCV. It introduces how to use OpenCV in Android, describes the specific steps of using JNI to call OpenCV function, which should be considered in using the camera. It describes the key process of using Android NDK to generate sharing library. The experimental results show that this Android application has good performance in removing black edge of documents in different types under different scenarios.

    The picture archiving system for examination paper is to solve the problem of storage, retrieval and protection of examination paper. The test paper is taken photo of and is converted to PDF files, and then is stored in the Web server. The storage paths is related with the the student ID number, academic year, subject of school information system for easy retrieval. The picture archiving system for examination paper is integrated with the school information system, satisfying the need of electronic paper. The design scheme is also suitable for the electronization of other electronic paper files. The system has advantages of low cost, easy operation, fast retrieval and high safety.

    Sink Node Location Optimization for WSNs Based on Improved Three Chain Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

    In the design and layout of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), multiple Sink node locating is the key step in network topology. It is very important to control energy-consumption of network communication. By analyzing the layout of Sink node model, an improved three chain hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the Sink node’s optimal location problem. The experimental results show that compared with the enumeration algorithm, the three chain hybrid genetic algorithm for the Sink node has better solutions and higher efficiency of the algorithm, which can reduce the energy consumption of wireless sensor networks and improve the network performance.

It points out the shortcomings of current digital fingerprinting technology, and proposes that the development direction of digital fingerprint technology in the future is to research anti collusion attack using communication technology perspective as a starting point.

    The current network software development has the problems of complex process, large network framework procedures, and large development costs. Based on the socket communication on the windows platform, this paper puts forward a lightweight high performance network communication component Isocket. It uses IOCP as the server-side, and EventSelect as the clientside, simplifying the original network framework. It designs the Agent component, providing interface service for the client and server. It designs the API interface based on Eventselect model, increasing the applicability of procedures integration, achieving a complete package of the communication of underlying network framework. It provides a new simplified method to increase the universality of software development and reduce the learning cost and development difficulty for developers.

    Particle swarm optimization algorithm plays an important role in cognitive radio spectrum allocation. It can only work in continuous and unconstrained condition. And there are the problems of premature convergence and slow convergence speed, which are not effectively resolved. In order to effectively solve these problems, this article analyzes and improves the premature convergence problem of particle swarm optimization (PSO), successfully applying particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to solve the problem of spectrum allocation. Considering the system total broadband returns and the fairness of user access, the corresponding objective function is established, the feasibility and superiority of this algorithm are proved.

Metro is a typical discrete product, whose parts is numerous and has complex assembly processes. The man-hours management system works in the production process, to improve the quality of product. This paper shows the implementation and application of man-hours management system in CRRC HANGZHOU CO.,LTD. The result shows that the production time of a single metro vehicle cuts down 1958.5 hours, the production efficiency is improved by 20.7%, and the direct economic benefits of enterprise is up to 5 million each year.

    Analysis of the Application of Several Different Methods in GPS Big Data Exploration

    It is significant for the GPS positioning system to control the vehicle and analyzes the congestion. But there are bad values in GPS sampling data, easy to produce large error on the analysis results, thus affecting the traffic management decision. This paper completes the original data segment, field extraction and bad values cleaning using Gauss mixture model, K- means clustering analysis and SOM self-organizing neural network separately. Thees three methods are mainly used for data clustering analysis, cleaning the isolated points according to the results. The results show that the recognition accuracy of Gauss clustering and K- clustering algorithm is less than SOM self-organizing neural network, but the operating efficiency of the first two algorithms is better than the latter.
