    Personalized Recommendation System Based on Immune Algorithm

    To meet different needs of users in the recommendation system, an immune clone algorithm is proposed. The problem is modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem to maximize the accuracy and diversity in the recommendation lists. It uses collaborative filtering technology to finish the user classification. Antibody coding and the immune operator that suitable for solving the problem are designed in the algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively obtain the optimal solutions of personalized recommendation, which satisfies with different needs of multiple users at the same time.

    Umbrella Drying and Sole Cleaning Dual Purpose Device

    In this paper, a kind of innovative solution for the dual purpose device about umbrella drying and sole cleaning is put forward. The system is designed using two STM32F103RBT6 micro-controllers as the intelligent control center. Through the introduction of serial communication and external interrupt detection technology, the complete multi-function cleaning and drying device is composed of the motor master controller which is connected to the information processing and displaying control system. The integrated system uses programming method and hardware design to achieve the functions of cleaning, drying, and human-machine interface. Meanwhile, the circuit is simple and flexible, together with high degree of component recognition. All users could check the real-time status of the device through the resistive touch screen directly. After testing, the results show that it has good stability and strong feasibility.

    This article introduces the design of umbrella renting machine based on SCM STC89C52 with the bike’s design concept, in order to avoiding the trouble of sudden heavy rain if people forget to bring their umbrellas, providing convenience for teachers and students in school. It also applies to other public facilities. The design uses SCM STC89C52 as controller, PN532 contactless RF card as information acquisition unit. It controls the stepping motor to achieve the opening and closing of the lock.The design is simple, bringing personalized learning and working environment of the campus with certain applications.

    With the thought of artificial intelligence, this paper uses the backtracking algorithm in solving Einstein’s Riddle, which can reduce the number of permutations by seven orders of magnitude and greatly improve the problem solving speed. The program includes a clue input function and puts the puzzle clues in vector. The content, quantity and sequence of the clues can be modified at random, to resolve new puzzles without modification of pruning function code. Therefore, the program has good applicability.

    Clustering Algorithm Based on Novel Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization

    Aiming at the the low quality of feature clustering and excessive redundant alarms in IDS, an IDS alerts clustering algorithm based on novel chaotic particle swarm optimization is proposed. It combines the characteristics of chaotic PSO algorithms, adaptive inertia weight coefficient, and non-linear dynamic learning factor, so as to make particles move between the state of chaos and stable. It guarantees the particle motion inertia, and approaches the optimal value. It also can overcome the problems of premature convergence and "inert" reaction of PSO algorithm, and help the center of cluster to find the global optimal solution. The experiment results show that the improvement of particle swarm parameters improves the quality of feature clustering in IDS alarm, and has higher detection rate and lower false detection rate.
