With the transformation and upgrading of the Internet of things and manufacturing and other emerging industries, the needs for high-quality skilled personnel training rise to an increased demand. Taking the electrical automation specialty of Wuxi city college of vocational technology as an example, this paper studies the construction of electrical automation specialty in higher vocational colleges. It provides reference for talent supply and demand of the current school and enterprise, improving the quality of the training of highly qualified technical talents and enhancing the service capacity of the regional manufacturing industry.
