I. Manuscript Contents
Each submission must include the following elements in order: title; author name(s); abstract; main text; notes and references; author biography; and detailed contact information (telephone number and email address).

II. Title
The title should generally not exceed 20 Chinese characters (approx. 10~15 English words). A subtitle may be added if necessary. The use of uncommon abbreviations should be avoided.

III. Author Biography
The author biography should be placed as a footnote at the bottom of the first page or at the end of the text. It must include, in order: full name (year of birth—), gender, place of origin, institutional affiliation (generally specified at the college or departmental level, with the full official name of the institution), academic title, highest degree obtained, and main research interests.

IV. Abstract
The abstract should cover the research purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions, and be approximately 250 words in length. It must be written in the third person; expressions such as "this paper," "the author," or "this article" should be avoided.

V. Funded Projects
If the manuscript is supported by a funded project, the following information must be provided: project category, specific research title, and project number. All listed projects must be authentic, fully relevant to the manuscript, and essential to its content. In general, no more than three projects should be listed.

VI. Main Text
The main text should consist of no fewer than 5,000 words. Its content must include, but is not limited to: research background, literature review, problem statement, theoretical analysis, research design (or solution strategy), analysis, and conclusions. All formatting—including punctuation, numeral usage, and table/figure styles—must comply with relevant national standards. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all symbols, numerals, text, and graphics are clear and properly standardized.

VII. Section Heading Numbering
All headings, tables, figures, equations, and footnotes within the manuscript must be numbered consecutively. Primary headings should be numbered 1, 2, 3…; secondary headings as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3…; tertiary headings as 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3…; and quaternary headings as (1), (2), (3)… The journal currently uses up to the fourth level of headings. Each heading should occupy its own line, be left-aligned, and carry no terminal punctuation.

VIII. Footnotes
Footnotes should be kept to a minimum. Any content that can be incorporated into the main text should be placed there. Source-related notes should follow the reference format and be included in the reference list at the end of the text. Necessary footnotes should be numbered consecutively throughout the text using superscript symbols ①, ②, ③…

IX. References
References must include the following elements in order: author(s) (list all authors if three or fewer; for more than three, list only the first three followed by "et al."); title of the work and edition number (first editions need not be indicated); type and carrier identifier; publication details (place of publication, publisher, and year); source or access URL for electronic documents; page numbers; and standard document numbers. This journal uses the sequential citation system (not the author–date system). References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text. Each reference must be cited in the main text with a corresponding superscript number.

X. Submission Requirements
(A) Manuscripts must present original, well-defined ideas; a clear and logical structure; sound reasoning; accurate and detailed data; and demonstrate creativity, scientific rigor, academic significance, and strong practical value. The content must not involve any state secrets.

(B) The manuscript must not have been previously published, nor should it involve plagiarism, academic misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is prohibited.

(C) The journal will respond to submissions within 25 days of receipt. During this period, authors are requested not to submit the manuscript to other journals.

(D) All submissions will be screened using an academic misconduct detection system. Manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding 20% will not be accepted for publication.

(E) Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the author, submission is deemed as granting permission for the work to be disseminated via the journal's partner digital databases (CNKI, CQVIP, Wanfang Data, and Chaoxing) and new media platforms.
