According to the current situation of blended learning mode in teaching website design, using visual communication, color psychology and cognitive psychology as the starting point, this paper discusses and researches on the design of teaching website. It achieves the innovation, improvement and breakthrough of teaching website in the diversified environment, putting learner first, and paying attention to learner’s psychological characteristics, further deepening the learning mode of "autonomous, inquiry and cooperative ".

Cloud computing has highly reliable and secure data storage system and convenient network service system. Educational resources can be effectively extracted, organized, categorized and indexed through cloud computing, thus achieving effective educational resources sharing. This paper analyzes some of the issues that appear in learning resources sharing, and explores the online learning resource sharing solution in cloud computing environment.

In the demodulation of signal, we can get good demodulating signals by PLL. The modeling and simulation of the carrier wave are completed synchronously using two methods of MATLAB and Simulink. The specific theories of simulation and the way of choosing adapted parameters are clearly elaborated. Finally, the results of simulation are analyzed deeply, and the practicability and characters of these methods are compared

This paper proposes the design ideas of IT process automation of the private cloud IT operation management platform in Changde Tobacco Company. It realizes the common IT processes automation of the storage device, UPS, network equipment, servers, clients, network infrastructure, virtualization platform, database, applications and middleware , account systems and mail systems and so on, effectively improving IT management efficiency.

In the traditional rendering technology, the calculation of data volume or the fusion process is realized with CPU, which is inefficiency and time-consuming to render massive data volume. To solve this problem, we propose an approach which uses GPU to deal with color calculation and data fusion. This method takes advantage of the parallel processing capabilities of GPU. Data will be submitted to GPU in the form of textures, and then GPU deals with necessary color calculation and data fusion and finally renders them. Experimental results show that the method can make integration of multi-attribute data, organically combines the advantages of each attribute, carries out a comprehensive evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs, and improves the accuracy of reservoir analysis and interpretation. The rendering is accelerated with GPU.

Therefore, our company researches on technologies of hydraulic lifting system of base station, antenna feeder synchronizing winding system, self-loading and unloading mechanism and flexible tower body etc., and develops the automatic lifting base station with visual operation based on sensor technology which integrates many types of sensors, visual operation PLC, antenna long-distance regulation equipments, base station energy saving system etc. It solves difficulties of“land acquisition, site selection, cost pressure, environmental protection safety pressure, energy-saving and cost-reducing pressure”, thus is a good upgrade and update product.

And it further analyzes on CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) call delay in 4G network, thus provides network optimization with very important reference value.

Environment monitoring of the network center room is an essential part of network management. This paper mainly focuses on how to achieve the efficiency of remote environment monitoring of the network center room with wireless network technology. The system is a mix of ZigBee technology, Linux technology and ARM technology, which forms an easy-used and full functional monitoring platform. For the subsequent scalability and convenience for users, the system adopts the embedded WEB technology Boa to achieve user interaction. In general, this system is of low cost, easy to be widely used, ensuring that the electrical equipments of center room are under stable and reliable environment, and realizing scientific and effective management for network center room.

In order to promote the production efficiency of chip mounter, the component mounting sequence is optimized. An improved three chains hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. In this algorithm, three chains are used instead of two chains in the traditional genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved three chain hybrid genetic algorithm can reduce the populations, improving the efficiency of optimization and the optimization effect, so as to improve the global search ability of the algorithm. In most cases, the proposed algorithm can search the better solution than traditional genetic algorithm.
