In the demodulation of signal, we can get good demodulating signals by PLL. The modeling and simulation of the carrier wave are completed synchronously using two methods of MATLAB and Simulink. The specific theories of simulation and the way of choosing adapted parameters are clearly elaborated. Finally, the results of simulation are analyzed deeply, and the practicability and characters of these methods are compared
