Abstract  With the rapid development of mobile Internet, customer behavior changes greatly. Traffic and end consumer spending not only has brought new growth to the global telecom industry, but also has brought new challenges to the operator's business hall service. This paper studies on the customer perception promotion strategy of operator's business hall based on the practical experience, achieving good results.
