Abstract Filling the admission letter takes a great amount of work and is easy to make mistakes. Aiming to improve the working efficiency, reduce the overload, and standardize the format, this article designs the printing and management system of admission letter. This system unites the functions of user management, information management and printing, providing convenience for the school enrollment.
