A New Type of Automatic Lifting Base Station with Visual Operation

Abstract  Mobile communication has become the most rapid development field. As the number of 3G and 4G base stations is increasing, people’s environmental protection safety awareness is being getting enhanced and the base station construction cost is growing day by day. While the existing base station construction pattern in China has problems of large floor spaces, failure of mobility and deployment, inability of repeated use and uneasy manual climbing operation etc., which fails to meet the construction requirements. Therefore, our company researches on technologies of hydraulic lifting system of base station, antenna feeder synchronizing winding system, self-loading and unloading mechanism and flexible tower body etc., and develops the automatic lifting base station with visual operation based on sensor technology which integrates many types of sensors, visual operation PLC, antenna long-distance regulation equipments, base station energy saving system etc. It solves difficulties of“land acquisition, site selection, cost pressure, environmental protection safety pressure, energy-saving and cost-reducing pressure”, thus is a good upgrade and update product.
