Mount Process Optimization for Chip Mouner Based on Improved Three Chains Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

Abstract  In order to promote the production efficiency of chip mounter, the component mounting sequence is optimized. An improved three chains hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. In this algorithm, three chains are used instead of two chains in the traditional genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved three chain hybrid genetic algorithm can reduce the populations, improving the efficiency of optimization and the optimization effect, so as to improve the global search ability of the algorithm. In most cases, the proposed algorithm can search the better solution than traditional genetic algorithm.
