Informatization, Big Data, AI are gradually affecting and even changing the living habits of the people, the economic operation mode and the development direction of the society. Traditional government affairs have gradually turned to E-government, which not only saves resources greatly, but also provides more convenient services for the people. The construction of informatization is an important support and the only way for social development. This paper discusses on the relevant indicators of performance management in the construction of information system, to ensure that the input and output of information project construction can be directly proportional, reflect the value and benefit of the project, optimize business processes and improve work efficiency.

    In the teaching process of computer major, program design is an important teaching content. Based on the analysis of the teaching of traditional programming course, this paper puts forward a three-dimensional interactive teaching model, taking teaching as the core, promoting the project-based teaching content with student innovation and entrepreneurship projects, improving the innovation of algorithm design through programming competition, and continuously reforming the teaching process of programming. This teaching mode is helpful to improve students' interest in programming language and programming ability, and to mobilize their initiative in independent learning.

    With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's self-health awareness, people put forward higher requirements for the quality of medical services in pre-hospital first aid. Reasonable ambulance dispatching is a key factor affecting the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency. Through the analysis on the current situation of ambulance dispatching, this paper discusses on the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures accordingly. It focuses on an intelligent dispatching scheme to improve the accuracy of ambulance dispatching and ensure people's life and health.

    With the rapid development of Internet technology and high house prices, more and more people are looking for suitable rental house through the Internet. At present, there are many house rental websites on the Internet, and renters need to register and log in on each websites. The search and inquire process is tedious, and the user experience is not good. Based on scrapy open source crawler framework, this paper designs and implements a house rental information search system, which collects house information from multiple house rental websites, converts the data format, and provides users with unified and diversified house rental search and display functions.

    To solve the clinical problems, this paper studies and discusses on the structure design, function design and development tools of the patient information management system. This system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 as the development tool, object-oriented C# as the design language, and SQL Server 2012 as the database. The clinical worker can enter, change and query the information of patients, and can perform various functions such as the application of the corresponding inspection document, the issuance of the drug prescription, and the application of the consultation document for the specific disease. The automatic timing backup of the system design, import and export function, can timely back up the data information of patients, and effectively improve the safety of data. The application of the system greatly optimizes the workflow of the medical workers and improves the clinical working efficiency.

    Modeling of Radio Wave Propagation Loss in Space

    Aiming at the problem of short wavelength of wireless communication, we simulate rough and smooth terrain to realize the analysis of ship's short-wave communication distance across the ocean. In this paper, a skywave multi-hop loss model is established, and the first maximum jump loss of downloaded wave information with given wattage at different sea levels is studied. It can be concluded that in the first big jump of turbulent sea surface, the reflective intensity of radio wave is 42.833 dB and that of calm sea surface is 46.569 9 dB. When the initial decibel of high frequency signal is 2.969 7dB and the noise power is 5.047× W, the maximum jump of turbulent sea surface is 4 hops and that of calm sea surface is 6 hops. The maximum hop of rugged terrain is 2 hops, but it cannot return to the ionized F layer at this time; the maximum hop of flat terrain is 2 hops, but it can return to the ionized F layer at this time. Through the establishment and analysis of the model, it can be concluded that in the rugged and flat mountainous areas, the loss of radio wave is far greater than that in the ocean.

    This paper designs an intelligent temperature measurement system based on AT89C52 single chip computer. The temperature is detected by digital temperature sensor DS18B20. DS18B20 collects and converts the temperature signal into data signal. Then the signal is analyzed and processed by single chip computer, and showed by LCD1602. Experimental result shows that the system can measure temperature with higher precision than traditional methods of temperature collection. Its detection accuracy can reach 0.1 . In addition, the system has advantages of adjusting overheat and prompting temperature upper and lower limits.

    A Quick Vehicle Lubricating Oil Quality Detection Technology and Its Realization

    A fast testing instrument for vehicle lubricating oil quality is designed and implemented, which consists of PCB coaxial capacitance sensor and CMOS Schmidt flip-flop. The capacitance signal reflecting the change of lubricating oil quality is converted into frequency signal which is easy to measure. The frequency measurement is realized by STC89C2051 single chip microcomputer, and the quality of lubricating oil is indicated by LED indicator. The test results show that the tester is easy to carry, easy to operate and use, and can detect the different qualities of engine oil well, providing a scientific basis for the replacement of vehicle lubricants.

    Most of the traditional project reviews are conducted in the form of conference reviews. However, the traditional way has some limitations, such as the limitation of the expert field, the subjective tendency of the review, and so on. In order to make the results be fair, this paper uses the idea of Grubbs criterion, taking the actual scoring data as an example. It compiles an algorithm program that conforms to Grubbs criterion in C#. Through the actual test, the abnormal scoring data are sorted out, and the better application effect is obtained.
