Abstract Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of science and technology information service based on comprehensive sci-tech journals and its main problems at present. Then, combined with the characteristics of mobile Internet, it points out the demand of science and technology information service and the development trend of users' habits. In order to solve the above problems and meet the new requirements, this paper proposes a comprehensive science and technology journal information service platform and architecture based on the mobile interconnection scenario. The purpose of this paper is to provide useful reference for the comprehensive sci-tech journals to build a platform of sci-tech information service based on mobile interconnection.
