Application of Grubbs Criterion in Project Evaluation System

Abstract  Most of the traditional project reviews are conducted in the form of conference reviews. However, the traditional way has some limitations, such as the limitation of the expert field, the subjective tendency of the review, and so on. In order to make the results be fair, this paper uses the idea of Grubbs criterion, taking the actual scoring data as an example. It compiles an algorithm program that conforms to Grubbs criterion in C#. Through the actual test, the abnormal scoring data are sorted out, and the better application effect is obtained.
