    Research on RRC Connection Reestablishment Procedure in LTE System

    With the completion of 3GPP LTE standard,the commercial application of LTE can be expected soon.The paper gives a Functional Model of the RRC sub layer in LTE system and pays more attention to the assignment of the RRC sub-layer and the state transitions between them.There is a detailed description of the causes and processes for RRC connection reestablishment in this paper.In addition,it also includes the study of RRC Connection Reestablishment.Researches show that it plays an important role for reconfigure SRB1 and resumes data transfer only for this RB.

    For resolving the difficulty that some patients need to be cared in a long term at home,this paper presents a case of distant wireless medical monitoring system based on GPRS.The system uses GPRS network to transfer data by point-to-multipoint which has high speed and low cost;uses a portable design so it is convenient and flexible;uses various anti-disturbance measures to improve the reliability of the system.In addition,the system is real-time online which ensures the medical care center to dynamically get the various pathological parameters of the presents,and to deal with emergencies timely.

    The Symbol Error Rate (SER) performance of the non-cooperative MPSK communication system with mismatched roll-off factor of the transmitting and receiving square root raised-cosine (SRRC) filter is studied.Simulation results show that without the prior knowledge of the transmitting roll-off factor,the optimum receiving roll-off factor with minimal performance degradation ranges from 0.4 to 0.6.Furthermore,only insignificant performance improvement can be achieved by using higher order receiving SRRC filter with higher implementation complexity.

    Inspired by the Biological Immune System,Computer Immune System is a new field of computer intelligence research.It demonstrates the excellent capability of information processing in network invasion detection and virus inspection.To detect script-virus,an immunity-based script-virus detection method is presented.Self-tolerance mechanism in immune system is used for reference.Script-code is presented to antigen.Antibody simulates detector in the environment of virus detection.Antibody is classified according to immunity learning mechanism,and the dynamic production and elimination mechanism of antibody is set up to detect mutated script-virus.
