Abstract Inspired by the Biological Immune System，Computer Immune System is a new field of computer intelligence research．It demonstrates the excellent capability of information processing in network invasion detection and virus inspection．To detect script-virus，an immunity-based script-virus detection method is presented．Self-tolerance mechanism in immune system is used for reference．Script-code is presented to antigen．Antibody simulates detector in the environment of virus detection．Antibody is classified according to immunity learning mechanism，and the dynamic production and elimination mechanism of antibody is set up to detect mutated script-virus．
