With the rapid development of intelligent buildings and intelligent communities，the intelligent entrance guard system which is the main component of the intelligent building security protection system has become one of the most important security protection measures to ensure the people and their properties．In order to realize the intelligent management of the entrance areas，this article designs and implements a set of intelligent entrance guard system based on SSH and Palmprint Recognition Technology by adopting palmprint recognition technology which is the most credible in combination property in biology identification technology，so as to supervise and manage effectively by distinguishing and analyzing the information delivered by the “handkey II”．
