Abstract with more frequent use of U-disk， it is becoming the mainstream of movable storage device while viruses aiming at U-disk are devised out．The struggling with U-disk virus is one of the most troublesome experienses of U-disk users．An analysis on the symptoms and characteristics is carried out and feasible solutions to tackle the U-disk viruses are proposed in the paper．
