With the rapid development of China’s road transport，electronic toll collection system has been gradually showing more and more powerful function．In this paper， non-parking electronic toll collection system is designed based on radio frequency identification technology．After giving the system-level design and structure design，the read-write mode of radio frequency IC card and the implementation of the multi-lane electronic fare collection are analyzed．All this work is significative to enhance the level of China’s road traffic intelligence and information management．
