Abstract With the rapid development of China’s road transport,electronic toll collection system has been gradually showing more and more powerful function.In this paper, non-parking electronic toll collection system is designed based on radio frequency identification technology.After giving the system-level design and structure design,the read-write mode of radio frequency IC card and the implementation of the multi-lane electronic fare collection are analyzed.All this work is significative to enhance the level of China’s road traffic intelligence and information management.
