In order to tackle the problem of representing the distribution of complicated data using LDA, this paper proposes a novel method for constructing the non-parametric scatter matrix. Compared to classical LDA, our method can describe the classification boundary in a better way while preserving more useful information for classification. Since the non-parametric within-class scatter matrix may be singular for small sample-size problem, we propose a two-stage discriminant analysis method to optimize the criterion function. The human face images are projected onto the principal component subspace of the mixture scatter matrix via SVD so that the within-class scatter matrix in the projection subspace is singular. Via CS decomposition, we theoretically analyze the problem of solving the diagonal scatter matrix and prove that the projection matrix satisfies the orthogonally constraint. The experimental results on three face databases, i.e., the ORL database, the Yale database and the YaleB database, demonstrate the improvement of the proposed method over the traditional subspace methods.

After describing the problem of programming languages course teaching, this paper introduces the teaching status, and then discusses on the application of seminar in course teaching, emphatically analyses the seminar in three aspects of application, and summarizes the current research progresses.

This paper provides high- precision image recognition service for mobile platforms. It analyzes and researches on SIFT and BRISK algorithm, and proposes a novel, efficient, lightweight adaptive clustering algorithm for image recognition which is suitable for Android. It designs a high-precision image recognition system based on the Android platform, using a variety of resources of Android to develop image recognition software. The results show that the system hardware is simple, low-priced, reliable, easy to be used and extended.

It violates the privacy of consumers. Although consumers can enjoy more convenient and personalized products and services, they also pay attention to the privacy of personal information protection increasingly. This paper summarizes the consumer privacy in e-commerce, and sums up the common way of consumer information collection in electronic commerce. Finally, the data mining technology and common algorithm based on privacy protection are summarized.

Using a variety of modern means of information, people’s work and life become more convenient. But at the same time, there are criminals making the network security attacks. The security of network database is threatened, and the transmission and processing of information are affected, therefore a set of perfect security mechanism of network database needs to be developed to ensure the network database security. This article briefly introduces the basic concepts of network database security mechanism, network database model and its security mechanism model, analyzes the network database security mechanisms in each layer, and discusses on the use of DBMS security mechanism to prevent network attacks, so as to improve the network database safety and provide some suggestions.

A new method of microarray data to extract features based on wavelet modulus maxima is proposed in this paper. First of all, the Bhattacharyya distance distributions of two classes are derived, preliminarily extracting feature genes. Then wavelet decomposition is adopted to detect the gene mutation of high frequency coefficient, and to approximate the original signal characterization based on low frequency. Finally the features are extracted by theoretical analysis and SVM classification, which selects the wavelet basis and scale based on multiple experiments. The proposed method is applied on the data set (1999 Golub used in ALL and AML). Five feature genes are extracted, whose classification test accuracy rate can reach 94.12%. It can be seen that the algorithm has high feasibility and effectiveness, and can provide some reference for the study of the differentially expressed genes between tumors.

The conversion skills of "exhaustion" testing standards and controlling ways of test range are analyzed. The "recursion" algorithm is analyzed from the initial value, rule, and recursion times, and the recursion sequence is expounded at the same time.

This algorithm which has obvious text clustering ability can use a variety of means to show the similarity of text. The experimental results show that the improved GHSOM algorithm is better than SOM algorithm on the whole, and its advanced nature is mainly reflected in the shorter computation time and more expression.

In this paper, we study the multifunctional intelligent car with Bluetooth remote control, and control the intelligent model using wireless Bluetooth technology. The system is composed of C51 micro-controller as the main control chip, L298N motor driver IC, hc-06 Bluetooth wireless module, 1602 liquid crystal display module, ultrasonic module circuit. Based on mobile phone platform, a complete multifunctional smart car system is achieved with Bluetooth technology, achieving the functions of Bluetooth wireless remote control and automatic wall avoidance.
