The Feasibility Study on the Internal Control of University Funds Based on the Campus One-card System

Abstract  In view of the great financial funds internal control needs in colleges and universities, this paper elaborates emphatically how to make full use the function and conditions of campus one-card system to avoid financial risks and standardize the financial behavior from the angle of the campus one-card system, in order to ensure funds legal and security, thus to affirm the feasibility of campus one-card system as the financial control method.
