Nonlinear Structure Analysis of Handwritten Data Based on Improved ISOMAP Algorithm

Abstract
Nonlinear structure analysis of handwritten data is important for handwritten data recognition and signature authentication.
However, handwritten data usually has high dimension and dimension reduction processing is required. In this paper, an improved
ISOMAP algorithm is proposed, improving the efficiency of ISOMAP algorithm. It is applied to the nonlinear structure analysis of
handwritten data. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high efficiency and accuracy, and the handwritten data has latent intrinsic dimension and nonlinear structure.

Abstract
In order to improve the shortage of information technology application in vocational education assessment, a special sys
tem design for skill assessment of key posts of urban rail transit operation based on mobile APP is proposed. By analyzing the functional requirements, this paper designs the minimum configuration standard of the hardware operation platform of the post skill assessment system, decomposes the system functions, and designs six functional modules such as system management module and human-computer interaction interfaces such as home page flash page. Through the system test, it shows that the designed post skill assessment system meets the actual needs of subway driver order classes in terms of function, performance and adaptability. It has the characteristics of convenience and quickness.

Abstract
Advanced Language Programming courses are generally offered in computer related majors of higher vocational colleges.In these courses, some key knowledge, such as variables, functions, three program structures and the characteristics of object-oriented programming, is difficult for some students who have not been exposed to programming. As a graphical programming tool, Scratch can make students better understand the knowledge of programming due to its simplicity and ease of use. Combined with the application of scratch programming in programming course, this paper deeply explains how to realize the concept of related programs through some programming cases. Practice has proved that after mastering scratch programming, students' difficulty in learning Advanced Programming Language has been significantly reduced, their grades have been significantly improved, and the teaching effect has been better.

Abstract
Path coefficient is a statistic of causality between correlation coefficients. It is not only affected by the variation degree of measurement units and independent variables, but also can distinguish the direct and indirect effects of independent variables on dependent variables, so it has been widely used. This paper focuses on the whole process of deriving the mathematical formula of pathanalysis. Referring to the matrix algorithm which is convenient for computer program implementation, the path analysis is run in Python language. The parameters and application conditions of the analysis results are explained.

In this paper, the fine-grained features of geographic images are labeled, and trained and learned through the deep convolution network, which greatly improves the classification accuracy of geographic images.
