Combined with the disaster accident background of "7.18 heavy rain in Henan", this paper puts forward a method for early identification of Extreme Heavy Rainfall risk, which is easy to cause urban waterlogging disaster. Based on the real-time rainfall big
data of the meteorological and hydrological department, the temporal and spatial distribution of short-term Extreme Heavy Rainfall
disasters in the region is monitored in real time, and the intelligent frequency risk analysis and visual display of 1-hour, 3-hour, 6-hour and 24-hour Extreme Heavy Rainfall in mountainous areas, coastal areas, cities and rural areas are carried out, so as to realize the early identification of short-term Extreme Heavy Rainfall and possible secondary disaster risks. It provides intelligent solutions for accurate research and judgment, accurate dispatching and accurate command.
