Crime Organization Member Relationship Prediction Based on Graph Embedding Model
YUAN Li-ning, XING Zhong-yu, YANG Guo-yi LUO Heng-yu
Computer & Telecommunication. 2024,
1
(4): 1-5. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.016
Abstract
With the rapid development of society, criminal activities have become increasingly complex and diversified, and mass
cases become more frequent, which makes the traditional criminal organization analysis method based on criminology theory and
case analysis no longer meet the needs of intelligence work. Therefore, utilizing deep learning technology to analyze and explore the
characteristics of criminal organizations has become an essential approach for data policing efforts. This article utilizes the Varia‐
tional Graph Autoencoder (VGAE) model to predict relationships among members of criminal organizations. The encoder part of the
model extracts structural features of criminal organizations and generates feature vectors, while the decoder part reconstructs the
criminal organization structure using vector inner products. This process helps predict whether there is a connection between two
members of the criminal organization. To evaluate the experimental performance of VGAE in relationship prediction tasks, tests are
conducted on the open-source crime network dataset Montagna. The experimental results show that VGAE demonstrates high predic‐
tive performance and can effectively identify potential relationships among members of criminal organizations.

(4): 6-9. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.015
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of lack of classroom activities and students' lack of interest in C Language course for com‐
puter application majors in secondary vocational schools, the dilemmas of the implementation of the game teaching method are
found and explored through the action research method, and a set of instructional design cases that have been applied in the class‐
room are presented in order to achieve good teaching goals, hoping to provide a reference template for the application of scaffolding
game teaching method in C Language.

Research on Key Technologies for Water Resource Allocation in Watersheds
Bayin Da-la WUI Guang-hui CHEN Hong-chuan SONG Ying XIE Zhen-ze
Computer & Telecommunication. 2024,
1
(4): 10-13. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.007
Abstract
Long distance water transfer projects often have the characteristics of large scale, difficult management, poor conditions,
and affecting people's livelihoods. According to the requirements of the central government on speeding up the construction of a na‐
tional water network with "complete, safe and reliable, intensive and efficient, green and intelligent, smooth circulation, and orderly
regulation" system, with the aim of improving the water resource allocation capacity of the basin, through the construction of auto‐
mation and information software, this paper promotes flat reform and compresses management levels, develops a new model of effi‐
cient water resource allocation and management. By constructing an information system for a water diversion project in a certain wa‐
tershed, a water resource control, flow balance, and constant water level control system can be developed to meet the needs of water
resource allocation business.

Research on the Evaluation of Teaching Quality of Online Courses on Chaoxing Platform
Based on Big Data Analysis
LI Chun-ping CHEN Xiao-wen ZHANG Shu-rong ZHANG Xiang-min
Computer & Telecommunication. 2024,
1
(4): 14-19. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.013
Abstract
Digital teaching has become an important direction of education and teaching reform, and the online course teaching qual‐
ity evaluation driven by the big data era is particularly important. In this context, new teaching modes and evaluations such as online
teaching quality evaluation, online course teaching reform, "digital + " mode, big data analysis and automated evaluation models
have emerged, providing strong support for personalized and customized teaching. Taking the online course resources of Superstar
platform as data samples, the current situation of online teaching is analyzed in depth, the online teaching evaluation system is stud‐
ied, the online teaching evaluation model is established, and the evaluation model is verified and optimized. The results show that
the use of big data analysis and automated evaluation model can realize real-time monitoring and evaluation of students' learning
data, and can timely access the students' learning status and teachers' input to teaching, so that the teaching department can timely ad‐
just the teaching strategy and improve the quality of teaching.

Research on Web Course Teaching for Software Engineering Based on Ideological
and Political Elements
NIE Peng
Computer & Telecommunication. 2024,
1
(4): 26-30. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.004
Abstract
The software engineering is facing new challenges in the leading edge task of building ideological and political courses,
which reflects the low degree of integration of ideological and political elements with relatively rigid combinations and poor immer‐
sion. In order to improve the seamless combination of software engineering course and ideological and political elements, an integra‐
tion model of teaching and ideological and political elements for Web courses is proposed. The proposed model gives the design and
scheme in detail with strong commonality in Web courses from the perspectives of curriculum characteristics, knowledge, teaching
cases, extended materials and course management.

Reform of Practical Teaching in Software Engineering under the CDIO Concept
XU Wen-qing
Computer & Telecommunication. 2024,
1
(4): 31-34. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.006
Abstract
With the rapid development of emerging strategic industries, software engineering professionals need to constantly
adapt to new trends in the industry. There are still shortcomings in the current practical teaching system for software engineer‐
ing majors. The introduction of the "six in one" progressive practical teaching system under the CDIO education concept will
guide the cultivation of student abilities and professional qualities throughout the entire process of practical teaching.
Through the reform of the practical teaching mode, high-quality software technology talents that meet the needs of enterprise
positions will be gradually cultivated to enhance the employment competitiveness of software engineering students.

Teaching Reform of Data Visualization Technology Course Based on OBE
JIANG Lei HU Juan
Computer & Telecommunication. 2024,
1
(4): 38-42. DOI: 10.15966/j.cnki.dnydx.2024.04.010
Abstract
Aiming at the current situation of poor teaching effectiveness in data visualization technology courses, a teaching plan for
data visualization technology courses based on the OBE education concept is proposed. This plan takes the final learning outcomes
as the starting point for reverse course design, mainly researching and reforming the teaching mode of data visualization technology
courses from two aspects: course teaching content, assessment and evaluation. Implementing a outcome-oriented education teaching
model in the teaching of data visualization technology courses enables students to have a clear understanding of the learning out‐
comes and abilities that will be achieved after studying this course, thereby stimulating their interest in self-directed learning and ef‐
fectively improving the teaching quality, level, and learning effectiveness of data visualization technology courses
