Abstract With the further development of information technology, making the learning system intelligent is the common goal
of many researchers in the field of computer science and education. In recent years, the smart classroom, the smart learning environment
and the next generation learning space have become the research hotspot. This paper systematically summarizes the definition
and functional elements of intelligent learning environment, and puts forward the design concept and technical module design framework
of effective intelligent learning environment from the perspective of cognitive learning.
