Abstract： In recent years, with the development of cross-border e-commerce, the talent gap of innovative and entrepreneurial cross-
border e-commerce has increased. Based on the needs of the market, the integration of teaching resources and the cooperation be-
tween schools and enterprises, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial cross-border e-
commerce talents in Shaanxi private colleges and universities, and analyzes the problems of lacking the ability of cross-border e-
commerce innovation and entrepreneurship, and the effect needs to be improved . On this basis, some suggestions are put forward to
improve the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial cross-border e-commerce talents in Shaanxi private colleges and univer-
sities from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, setting up e-commerce studios and cultivating students' awareness
of innovation and entrepreneurship.
