Abstract
With the development of Internet technology, the explosive growth in the number of text has brought some troubles in pro-
cessing text data. The traditional text clustering and keyword extraction technology cannot solve the need for precise screening of
large data very well. This paper combines text clustering and keyword extraction. The text clustering based on LDA algorithm is pro-
posed. The results of clustering and the subject terms extracted from LDA are obtained. Then the FP-growth algorithm is used to ana-
lyze the results of the LDA algorithm, and the text is mined. In this paper, according to the idea of using the network knowledge
base, the Baidu encyclopedia is used to put forward the Chinese comparison algorithm to select the Chinese keyword set and filter
out a lot of noise words. Experimental results show that the method can cluster text and extract keyword perfectly for a given Chi-
nese corpus by comparing with the existing method. On the basis of increasing the word selection of Baidu encyclopedia, the accura-
cy of the system is greatly improved.

Abstract
The major of public security audio-visual technology is one of the rapidly developing majors in the field of public security in recent years. Abstract
This paper implements a film review sentiment analysis algorithm based on BiLSTM. BiLSTM is a bidirectional long-short term memory network. It can effectively extract context dependencies by analyzing time series data such as text and video.Film review analysis is a sub field of text processing, which is a typical time series data processing problem. The BiLSTM uses tworeverse LSTM networks to provide additional context information for the model. In order to prevent over fitting, dropout mechanismis also adopted in the network. This algorithm is implemented based on Keras platform. Through experimental comparison, the lastone is the best among the three algorithms: LSTM, BiLSTM and BiLSTM combined with dropout. The algorithm design provides aresearch basis for the broad application prospect of BiLSTM.

Abstract
The iron and steel industry of China is suffering from overcapacity, safety risks, environmental pollution and other problems. Simultaneously, it faces common problems, such as data collection, remote control and real-time data interaction. The service framework of NFV and SDN are employed by 5G SA. There are three application scenarios, eMBB, uRLLC and mMTC, which are applied to social vertical industries. Core private network scheme based on 5G SA on is proposed in this paper, which realizes industry digital transformation through constructing digital smart applications. It will make the steel industry greener, more environmentally friendly and more energy efficient.

Abstract
Owing to labeling training samples are often hard to be collected and subject to a significant amount of human labor or costs, in this paper, a semi-supervised linear subspace learning approach via sparse coding is proposed. Our method can combine labeling samples and unlabeled samples to train a semi-supervised model. First, we train the samples to obtain the structured dictionary and the sparse representation feature; then we group them for more discriminative part (MDP) and less discriminative part (LDP). Finally, we learn the semi-supervised projection matrix P. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the classification results on the face image databases extended Yale B and AR datasets.

In view of the large amount of arrears caused to the original OCS users after the OCS users move up, the project improves the core ability of message billing by creating a unified service management platform for message billing users. On the basis of the existing reminder SMS, the platform enriches the real-time reminder content of SMS, gives full play to the advantage of timely message billing, and greatly reduces the huge arrears of users through soft credit control strategy, so as to improve user service perception.
