    Algebraic Representation and Inference of Kinship System

    In order to solve practical problems such as kinship storage and inference by computer, based on algebra theory, an algebraic representation model for kinship relations in the Chinese context is proposed. The proposed model first determines the set of relationships to be studied based on the kinship contained in the national standard GBT-4761-2008, and then defines the inverse operation and the binary operation of kinship on this set. Finally, based on this algebraic representation model, a corresponding kinship inference algorithm is proposed. Some unknown kinship relationships can be inferred from known kinship relationships. Compared with the previous kinship inference algorithm, a new representation model is adopted, which can solve more complex problems.

    A Film Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Based on BP Neural Network

    To solve the cold start problem of new movies, a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm (IW-CFW) based on BP neural network is proposed. In this algorithm, the similarity of movies is fused by BP neural network, and the BP network model is optimized and adjusted according to the error between the predicted score and the true score, and the final prediction model is obtained. By comparing the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of the proposed algorithm with the other three algorithms on the Movielens and Movie-little datasets, the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the cold start problem of new movies and produce more accurate recommendation results.

    Design of the Positioning and Alarm System for Non-motor Vehicle

    In order to realize the automatic management of the increasing number of non-motor vehicles and reduce the problems of illegal stop and loss, a non-motor vehicle positioning and alarm system based on GPS receiving module and GSM receiving module is designed. The system mainly consists of MCU controller, positioning data sending module, GSM information receiving module and alarm module. The functions of non-motor vehicle remote positioning, location query, track tracking and emergency automatic alarm are realized. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation and wide application.

    In view of the problems of wide knowledge, strong theory, high comprehensive ability and difficulty in mastering, this paper explores the curriculum teaching reform of building SPOC mixed mode based on the cloud class network platform, so as to improve the teaching quality and initially cultivate students' independent learning ability. In practice, on the basis of meeting the teaching objectives and requirements, the teaching content and teaching resource are constructed according to the mixed teaching characteristics; then a variety of interactive methods are adopted to improve students' learning enthusiasm and learning ability. Finally, on the basis of the final test paper, the experimental group and the control group (traditional class) are tested independently from sample T. It is proved that the mixed teaching mode with traditional classroom teaching has a certain role in promoting the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of students' independent learning ability

    At present, the air quality detectors on the market can usually only detect a few kinds of gases. In the face of multiple harmful gases in the air, different detection instruments must be used. In response to the incomplete functions of the existing detection system, a multi-function detection system composed of STM32 MCU, various sensors, LCD display and WIFI communication module has been developed, and Gizwits is used to transmit data to the user terminal. The detection system can realize real-time monitoring of the content of CO, CO2, PM2.5, TVOC, formaldehyde, and temperature and humidity in the air, and has an alarm function for exceeding the standard.

    Exploring on Mixed Teaching Reform of Data Mining Course

    Based on the characteristics of data mining course and the existing problems in the teaching, this paper studies the hybrid teaching improvement of data mining course, optimizes the teaching content, enriches the teaching mode, and improves the assessment and evaluation system to realize the process management of learning. The implementation of hierarchical and progressive practice tasks is used to promote the understanding and application of the principle of data mining algorithm, gradually from "Teacher centered" teaching mode to "student-centered" mode. Practice has proved that the improved mixed teaching mode can mobilize the students' learning enthusiasm, strengthen the mastery of theoretical knowledge and improve the ability of application and practice.

    Improved Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Algorithm of Online Courses

    With the increase of online courses, online courses are facing the problem of information overload. This article focuses on solving the problem of the application of collaborative filtering algorithms in online courses. By analyzing the types of courses in the online courses and the behaviors of users, the online courses are classified to increase the high degree of cooperation of the courses. An item-based collaborative filtering algorithm is used, and user activity is penalized based on IUF in calculating similarity, so as to obtain a more accurate recommendation list. Experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the recommendation quality in the application of online courses.

In this paper, a computer tomography inversion algorithm based on BP neural network optimized by Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization(QPSO) is proposed. The weights and thresholds of BP neural network are optimized by QPSO. The trained network can better solve large sparse nonlinear equations.     Method of Image Data Transmission between AM5706 and FPGA through VIP Interface

    This paper introduces a method of image data transmission between AM5706 and FPGA through VIP(Video Input Port) interface. This method is a key technology of bill image scanning module. Bill image scanning module can collect two CIS image sensor signals, which are sent to FPGA for gray value compensation preprocessing after analog-to-digital conversion. FPGA accumulates a complete line of image data and outputs it to VIP interface of AM5706. Each time AM5706 VIP device receives a full image data, it will trigger a CPU interrupt. Compared with the traditional EMIF parallel bus + EMDA method, of which can only receive one line of image data at a time, using VIP interface can greatly reduce the CPU interrupt frequency and CPU resource utilization, which is of great significance to improve the system performance and reduce the hardware cost.

    Consumers flow is the life of a business district, and the stable and sustainable consumers flow is the key to the survival and development of a business district. How to find loyal and potential consumers in a business district, grasp their characteristics and carry out precision marketing is a difficult problem facing the survival and development of the business district. In response to this problem, communication operators can collect all user information in visiting business district through signaling data, and build a multi-dimensional user portrait system that includes customer portraits, social relationship portraits, and consumer preference portraits to grasp the characteristics of consumers, and according to Loyalty calculates loyal consumers, uses logistic regression to learn the profile characteristics of loyal consumers in different business district, and then uses random forest algorithm to identify potential consumers facing designated business district. After testing, the identification accuracy of the consumer profile construction and potential consumer mining method designed in this article with the business district as the user reaches 94%, which can accurately help each business district identify its own loyal consumers and potential consumers
