    With the rapid development of intelligent technology, our life is closely related to the intelligent products. A large number of intelligent products have been applied to people's daily life. However, in some extreme conditions such as fire, epidemic situation and other artificial inaccessible environment, intelligent detection vehicle, which integrates a lot of science and technology, plays an irreplaceable role. Based on the background that some special environment of people's daily life needs live image information, this paper designs a smart car which can be remotely controlled and real-time image monitoring can be obtained through WiFi communi- cation mode with smart phone.

The system realizes the whole process, real-time, comprehensive evaluation and timely feedback warning of the open experimental teaching in our university, so as to achieve "equal emphasis on teaching and studying" and "mutual improvement of teaching and studying ". The evaluation system put forward in this paper has certain enlightenment and promotion value.

    Faced with the situation that college students cannot go back to school and do experiments in the laboratory during the COVID-19 period in spring of 2020, this paper proposes a scheme of conducting computer network experiment based on remote desktop. On the basis of the original laboratory facilities, by adding a small amount of hardware, students can complete all experi- ments at home with the help of TeamViewer remote desktop software. In addition, it also provides some personalized experimental environment for students with strong ability. It has proved that this scheme can solve the problem of no experiment during the epi- demic period and ensure the teaching effect.

    The construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges is in full swing. However, due to the cognitive bias and the lack of construction paradigm for reference, the construction of specialty groups is still in the period of "crossing the river by feeling the stones" with different opinions. There are some problems in the construction of specialty groups, such as unclear under- standing of the concept of specialty groups, unreasonable logic of groups, unclear construction of groups, and nonstandard manage- ment of groups. This paper describes the specific content of the construction of modern information technology specialty group based on the Sydney Agreement, hoping to form a reference paradigm for the construction of specialty group of similar colleges and universities.

    Design of He-Ne Laser Driving Circuit for the Camera Hole Detecting System of Mobile Phone’s Glass Panel

    Aiming at the research on the detection system of the camera hole of mobile phone’s glass panel, this paper introduces a design method of the helium-neon(He-Ne) laser driving circuit. The He-Ne laser is selected as the detecting light source, and interfer- ence is generated after the laser being projected to the camera hole of the glass panel. According to the quality of the interference fringes, the detection purpose can be achieved. The importance of He-Ne laser as the light source of this system is proposed. And combining with the actual application, the reasons for the instability of interference fringes produced by He-Ne laser are analyzed. Next, a technical method for the temperature control of the He-Ne laser driving circuit is proposed. Finally, the principle and design method of the He-Ne laser driving circuit are given. Experimental result shows that the driving circuit module can stably control the He-Ne laser light source, and the light source can fully satisfy the system’s requirements.

    With the development of business and the change of users' needs, the traditional questionnaire survey method which con- sumes a lot of manpower and material resources cannot be applied. Aiming at this problem, a questionnaire survey system based on Vue. js technique of separating front end and back end is proposed. The front-end uses the lightweight Vue.js framework to realize componentization development and uses OAuth2 technology to access enterprise WeChat. The backend uses the Spring Boot archi- tecture to implement the business model and data processing and uses the MySQL database to store the data. Design questionnaire, release questionnaire and answer questionnaire are integrated by the system, which effectively reduces the labor cost and improves the work efficiency.

    In view of the shortcomings of traditional gas concentration monitoring system, a remote wireless gas concentration moni- toring system based on STM32F103 is designed. The system uses STM32F103 microcontroller to control the sensor to realize the ac- quisition and processing of the underground gas concentration in real time. When the gas concentration exceeds the set upper limit, the system will send the sound and light alarm, transmit the collected data to the GPRS DTU, and then transmit the generated alarm signal and collected data to the monitoring center in time by using TCP/IP. The system can realize real-time monitoring by SMS or telephone, which greatly reduces the waste of human and financial resources.

This paper studies on the IS-IS protocol from the perspective of neighbor relationship establishment and synchronization, and compares it with OSPF protocol, trying to clarify the principle and pro- cess of Link State Database synchronization and routing calculation of IS-IS protocol, which has certain reference for the study of IS- IS routing protocol.

    Based on the 8 knowledge requirements and 12 quality requirements of graduates listed in the Sydney Accord , the profes- sional quality, knowledge structure, professional specialized ability, professional development ability, method ability, social ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability are determined as professional talents. The 7 first-level goals of the training specifications are then broken down into second-level and third-level goals. The achievement of the upper-level goals is achieved by the next-level goals, and the achievement of the lowest-level goals is achieved by the curriculum. Based on the goals supported by the curriculum, it decomposes the degree of support of the lower-level goals to the upper-level goals and the degree of support of the curriculum to the lowest-level goals, designs the evaluation basis for learning effectiveness, quantifies the achievement of the ability goals, and im- plements course diagnosis and improvement.
