    The Vision Detection System Based on Gesture Recognition

    This design realizes a vision detection system, which can detect human visual acuity through gesture recognition technology. The system includes several modules: acquisition, data storage and conversion, gesture recognition and output control. And the camera, memory, display and speaker are connected externally. The visual icon "E" is displayed on the display screen, and then people use gestures to indicate the direction of "E". After the camera captures the image, the system recognizes and judges the direction of gesture, and then compares the correct direction to detect the visual acuity of people. Because the system eliminates manual detection, it is convenient, accurate and it saves manpower. The system realizes dynamic gesture interaction, being interesting and easy to be popularized.

    Research on College Information Service Platform Based on Web Crawler and Wechat

    Aiming at the problem that traditional college websites are not easy to access by intelligent terminals, this paper proposes to develop college information service platform by combining web crawler technology with Wechat public number development technology, to collect and clean distributed website information automatically by using web crawler technology, and to use Wechat public platform to instantly push to college teachers and students. Experiments show that the platform runs more efficiently and has better service experience than traditional information acquisition methods.

    With the rapid development of mobile internet, the country vigorously promotes the informationization of vocational education, and the new educational means based on information technology have become the direction of development. Based on ADDIE model, the author conducts a questionnaire survey and data analysis on the teaching mode of vocational schools. According to the needs analysis, this paper puts forward the functional modules and background system design scheme of APP system in vocational schools, and puts forward some suggestions on the system development platform and the package of APP system, to build "Internet + education" supporting service platform for vocational schools, and to promote the deep integration of information technology and curriculum teaching.

    Research on the Strategy of K12 Teachers’ Distance Training Based on Mobile Phone Live Broadcast

    Distance training is one of the important means of K12 teachers’ distance training. In the implementation of teachers’ distance training, there are some problems that the learning content is not very consistent with teachers demand, the instructional interaction is not real-time synchronous and the quality of distance training is still to be improved. Mobile phone live broadcast is a new remote real-time synchronous technology. It has the characteristics of very convenient, real-time synchronous and it can enhance the interaction. It can effectively improve the quality of distance training. In this paper, based on the analysis of relative research experiences, a strategy of k12 teachers’ distance training based on mobile phone live broadcast is designed, and then it is revised and perfected through action research; finally a six-dimensional strategy is formed, which includes task driven, resource-based learning, teaching guidance of solving technology problems, incentive mechanism promoting learning, mobile live interactive and evaluation and feedback. Meanwhile, the good application result is examined in teaching practice.

This paper shows the function and characteristics of higher vocational education according to the training objective of 7.11. The specialty is based on the school-running idea and the development vision, in combination with the training target of the college, to develop the special training target, and to apply the result-oriented education idea to the teaching mode. The paper analyzes the connotation of the results-oriented teaching model, that is, the structure and the system based on the learning output as the guide driving course activity and the student learning output evaluation, and puts forward the main method and experience of the training target according to the talent demand of the present society, including the change of the teaching concept, the focus on the implementation of each link of the model and the strengthening the classroom teaching..

    Throughout the history of world science and technology development, human society has experienced three industrial revolutions, marked by the emergence of steam engines, electrical appliances, and computers. Now, the world is undergoing the fourth industrial revolution. What is different from the past is that it is no longer marked by the invention and use of a certain technology, but covers multiple fields and is integrated and transcended, that is "artificial intelligence". This theme presents a diversified state in the research field. The main research contents are the influence of artificial intelligence subject rights and artificial intelligence on domestic and foreign politics. The main research methods are empirical research, normative research, comparative analysis and case analysis. In the future, it must be a tendency that more and more scholars prefer to doing quantitative research. In response to this field, researchers generally believe that the impact of artificial intelligence on today's society and the future society should be viewed dialectically, so as to prevent the shortcomings in advance and enable artificial intelligence to better serve the society.

This paper describes four issues of academic database monopoly, which are the irrationality of database pricing, the abuse of database permissions, the concentration of operators and the restriction on users, and proposes to deal with database monopoly through open access, library association and legislative protection.

    As the capacity of USB flash disk continues to increase, more and more laboratory managers no longer use the traditional CD to install the operating system, but use USB flash disk with Win PE to install, backup and restore the operating system. Win PE systems commonly used in the market include bigbaicai, laomaotao, IT sky and so on. Although these Win PE systems are simple and easy to use, they all have problems such as tampering with IE home page and stealing extra software, even some Win PE systems automatically load trojans and other programs after the system is installed. These problems seriously affect the security and stability of computer system. This article produces the Windows 10 PE system based on Microsoft's official Windows ADK.

    This paper searches on the relevant literature of current subject competitiveness evaluation, combines some quantitative statistical data obtained by the bibliometric method, analyzes the acquired data through content analysis methods, and explores the current research hotspots and trends. The research finds that the current research hotspots mainly focus on the construction of subject evaluation, discipline construction, talent cultivation and evaluation index system, and there is not much cooperation between universities. In the future, we should start to build a disciplinary evaluation system with socialism with Chinese characteristics, and at the same time strengthen cooperation and exchange with other institutions.
