Enlightenment of Sydney Accord on Higher Vocational Computer Majors

Abstract

Sydney Accord is one of the three accords signed by members of the International Engineering Alliance. The accords are about the recognition of engineering educational qualifications and professional competence. Sydney Accord is about the education for future engineering technologists. In the document called “Graduate Attributes and Professional Competencies”, which was issued by the International Engineering Alliance, it is stated that graduates of programs satisfying the academic requirements of Sydney Accord should be able to solve broadly-defined engineering problems. Sydney Accord gives enlightenment to higher vocational education in China.
