Exploration of Talent Training Mode in Private Colleges and Universities under the Application-oriented System----Teaching Reform of Introduction to Database System

Abstract Under the application-oriented talent training system, taking improving the students engineering application ability as the core, this paper introduces the concept of OBE, and puts forward the overall plan of the teaching reform of the course of Introduction to the Database System. The program takes students as the core and carries on the reform from four aspects: teaching content, teaching method, teaching resource base and evaluation system, so as to improve student’s ability of project design and development in an all-round way.
