    Technology transfer is the key way of transforming scientific and technological achievements into productivity, which is an important link between science & technology and economy. It will be successful only when science and technology is applied to the economic activities then turned into new and high-tech products or industries so as to achieve the social or economic value, or to be used to minimize the cost of resources and ecological damage. After development for many years, the scientific research institutions in China, especially the state-owned research institutes, no matter its scientific research level or its comprehensive strength has been significantly improved and continuously enhanced, and then it has also accumulated much more abundant scientific and technological resources. These institutions have great potential in terms of promoting technology transfer, technology innovation of enterprises and the fundamental transformation of China's economic development mode. This paper introduces the construction of technology transfer trading platform system and its realization process.

    With the rise of cloud computing services, the definition of cloud computing, service quality measurement and evaluation of consistency have caused the attention of major cloud service providers and cloud computing users. Therefore, it is imperative to study the evaluation methods and index system of cloud computing service quality and evaluate service quality, so as to provide data support and decision-making basis for evaluating the service level of cloud computing. In order to solve the problem of lack of cloud computing service quality evaluation method and evaluation index system, based on the grasp of the existing domestic cloud computing service quality evaluation and basic solutions and its applications, the cloud computing method of service quality evaluation index is studied from its mature models and ideas. In this paper, we build cloud computing service quality evaluation index system,extract cloud computing service quality evaluation requirements, and enable cloud computing service quality evaluation to be truly used.

    Traditional OFDM system has the disadvantages of high out-of-band spectral leakage and no adjustable waveform parameters,which can’t satisfy the high quantity of data transmission, high flexibility requirements of the fifth generation communication(5G). Therefore, based on the existing OFDM technology, this paper proposes a technique based on F-OFDM variable subcarrier access technology, named filter- orthogonal frequency division multiplexing. According to different application requirements, the variable filter is added to each subband to restrain the out-of-band spectrum leakage, and MATLAB simulation is used to test the feasibility of this method. The results show that the designed module meets the requirements of F-OFDM communication system.

    In view of the increasing scale of data and the inefficient operation of data mining in single machine, this paper uses Hadoop platform to cluster K-means algorithm to solve such problems. Firstly, the architecture and construction of the Hadoop platform are described in detail; secondly, the K-means algorithm is analyzed; finally, the algorithm implementation is given, and the algorithm is experimentally analyzed.

    In the expansion of wearable devices, attitude estimation remains as one of the most important feature in the evergrowing selection of wearable devices, therefore, highlighting the importance of acquiring necessary knowledge on improving attitude estimation accuracy. Through the analysis and comparison of the cosine measure, quaternion algorithm, adaptive wave peak detection and the wearable human posture detection system in hardware selection and practical actualization, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the four attitude judgment algorithms and their main applicable situations. Finally, a relatively optimized attitude detection method suitable for children bracelet is obtained.

    RFID system generally includes three parts: tag, reader and database, where there is the hidden danger between tags and reader through wireless communication. In order to ensure the security of communication information, a bidirectional authentication protocol which is suitable for label and reader is proposed, which can solve the problem of security hidden danger. Bidirectional authentication protocol adopts the mechanism of transmission after message encryption, which makes the attacker eavesdropping information is not clear, thus ensuring the security of information.

    The users’signals in the service base station can be processed intensively, controlled and real-time managed jointly by cloud wireless with units access which can eliminate the internal interference inside the base station service area, and decrease the number of the wireless devices and the cost of the wireless access network. In this paper, the large scale antenna spatial modulation technology is applied to the Cloud Radio Access Network. The mutual information of the system is deduced when the input information of the system is discrete and uniformly distributed. The system simulation experiment is carried out. Results show that the performance gain of the BER and mutual information of large scale antenna spatial modulation systems in Cloud Radio Access Network are much higher than that existing in MIMO systems in cloud wireless access networks

This article bases on CTLE AC gain and DC gain, combines analysis result of bit error test, proposes a decision feedback equalizer test method via bit error distributed table. It can check performance of decision feedback equalizer intuitively, and provides results of chip performance.

    The researches on CRC mainly focus on error detection, seldom on the function of error correction. IEEE 802.11 standard makes use of cyclic redundancy code to detect the error. Based on introducing the essential method of generating CRC, this paper analyses the process of correcting a single bit error in the information frame of IEEE 802.11 standard in detail.

    This paper designs a set of tablet PC integration equipment based on ARM platform to replace the test platform and notebook mode of the original Windows system platform which can realize miniaturization of receiver terminal of Missile Telemetry System. The original software need to be installed on Android platform. ReentrantReadWriteLock is used to solve the high concurrency problem that always happens when original program’s single-core sequence execution mode is transplanted to Android platform’s multi-core CPU parallel processing mode. This study provides opportunity to realize multi environment and high maneuverability of Missile in the future.

    Data resource and procurement are getting increasingly important in big data era. Crawler technology based on Python has become one of the research hotspots on data acquisition tool. This article applies Python crawler technologies to collect and summarize the information of Netease Cloud's quarterly lyrics and lyrics-related articles. The singer emotion data, word frequency statistics, word cloud visualization, and the degree of singer’preference for time and city are analyzed by Python library and data analysis technology. The research results show that the ballad singer is stable and passionate, and can express his positive feelings through songs, and enjoy the current time and prosperous cities.

    RFID technology is widely used in many fields because of its advantages of fast reading and mobile identification.     LabVIEW is a virtual instrument software development platform introduced by NI, which uses a graphical programming language. This paper designs a LabVIEW-based drawing tool, which contains the basic functions needed for drawing. Users can use it to draw a series of images. At the same time, the system will automatically record the pixel coordinates of the image and plan the route. The combination of LabVIEW and lower computer can translate the relevant parameters into the action instructions of lower computer.

    Personal microblog is a popular social tool. The number of users is troublesome because it is confusing to users. This article clusters microblogs with high semantic similarity to facilitate user browsing. The main research work of this dissertation is as follows: 1. Use jieba segmentation in python to preprocess word segmentation and remove stopwords of personal microblog; 2. Use segmentation dataset to train word vectors using CBOW model; 3. Express personal microblog sentence vectors using word vector; 4. Personal microblog sentence vectors are represented as distribution points in space, using the modified Manhattan sentence algorithm to calculate distances, ie similarities between individual microblogs. 5. Use a modified clarans algorithm for clustering. Experiments show that the method of this paper is obviously improved compared with the traditional clustering algorithms, such as the method of dividing, the method of layering and the method of density.

    In order to solve the problems existing in pig industry and realize the digitalization and digitalization of sow feeding, the sow feeding control system is researched and developed. The overall frame of the system and the functional modules of each part are designed in this paper, and the scheme with ARM9 as the control core is determined. The hardware design includes the RFID RF reader circuit, DC motor control gating switch, and stepper motor control automatic feeding. The communication between ZigBee wireless module and ARM9 is realized. Finally the hardware system and the software system are debugged and integrated, and it is installed for trial operation in pig farms.
