Study on Sow Feeding Control System

Abstract  In order to solve the problems existing in pig industry and realize the digitalization and digitalization of sow feeding, the sow feeding control system is researched and developed. The overall frame of the system and the functional modules of each part are designed in this paper, and the scheme with ARM9 as the control core is determined. The hardware design includes the RFID RF reader circuit, DC motor control gating switch, and stepper motor control automatic feeding. The communication between ZigBee wireless module and ARM9 is realized. Finally the hardware system and the software system are debugged and integrated, and it is installed for trial operation in pig farms.
