    Design and Implementation of Private Custom Learning System Based on Cloud Service

    In recent years, with the network education has become the current trend of education, a number of online school platforms have sprung up. However, these platforms are mixed in educational resources and learning effect, they can ’t give targeted suggestions about study and also lack of real-time. As the rise of webcast, "private custom" learning gradually becomes a new demand of online education in the new era. The private custom learning system which is based on the cloud service takes the individual needs of learners into account, reflecting the professional learning characteristics, and even achieves one to one network video teaching effect. The system makes full use of the advantages of cloud service and big data, and opens up the functions including teacher appointment, teacher video, teacher forum, notice message, data download and so on.

This paper develops an online education system based on mobile network and cloud computing technology. By the analysis of the current smart campus construction and mobile learning, this system is developed by Java EE technology and Tencent cloud technology. It uses MySQL database and MVC development mode, achieving the functions curriculum resources publishing and online learning.

This system uses GSM mobile SMS network for remote communication, combined with sensors, relays and other hardware control circuits, achieving a kind of smart home system with remote control function. According to the test feedback, this system is cost-effective, safe and reliable, meeting the needs of home control.

    Fujian province is a frequent and easily occurrence area of mountain torrents with high frequency , wide scope of influence, and heavy loss, etc. Therefore, the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Service has built a lot of flash flood automatic stations in recent years to strengthen the monitoring of meteorological information. In this paper, the flash flood meteorological information transmission system based on Beidou is presented. The system can transmit the meteorological information of flash flood automatic stations to the provincial business system in time; especially can be used in the areas without GPRS network. It can also transmit meteorological data parallel with the flash flood automatic station’s GPRS link, back-up to each other.
