    A Salt & Pepper Noise Optimal Iterative Filtering Algorithm Based on Potential Function

    To reduce the influence of salt & pepper noise in images on subsequent image processing, a high-density salt & pepper noise filtering algorithm based on noise detection is proposed for high-density noise polluted images in this paper. Considering that potential function has the ability of edge-preserving, detailed image information is protected in a maximum scale and high-density noise polluted images can be restored. Experiment results show that the filtering algorithm presented in this article has high selfadaptability and good filtering effect.

    Under the background of the excellence planning reform, it is particularly important to strengthen the cultivation of computational thinking ability for the engineering college’s student. University computer foundation teaching is an important part of general education in colleges and universities for the students' comprehensive quality promotion and innovation ability training. How to reform the computer foundation teaching content to adapt to the development of the new situation, such as MOOC, has been the impact and challenge for the computer foundation teaching. This paper analyzes the core content of computational thinking, explores the plight of the computer teaching, puts forward the teaching reform scheme of the“computer culture foundation”and“programming language”guiding by C9 league statement. The reform scheme has been carried on based on the platform of the university- enterprise cooperation.

    Self-calibration of Equipment Active Vision Using Template Matching

    To simplify the visual positioning platform calibration process of automation equipment, reduce the reliance on the standard block and realize the automatic calibration, this paper presents a visual self-calibration method based on template matching, relying on the platform motion captured images to recognize the target of any scene, and then builds a mathematical model to calculate the calibration results; Gives the principle, process, and fault tolerance method of self-calibration, suitable for multi-objective situation. The whole process calculates the calibration results from coarse to fine points with 3 laps automatically, making calibration more practical and generalization. The proposed method is successfully applied to the LED die bonder. The results show that positioning accuracy can reach 13.947 um based on the method, which can meet the calibration requirements of the relevant equipment.

    Focused on the problems of poor efficiency of the traditional retrieval systems which can not detect semantic information from user’s keywords, a resource feedback retrieval model is proposed in this paper. The main idea of the model is to use the technology of ontology construction and semantic annotation and expansion keywords which can use semantic knowledge form user’s feedback to meet user’s needs. The experimental results show that the retrieval performance can be improved effectively.

    The article introduces the endoscopic traceable system and combines with the service-oriented structural characteristics and the system requirement to design a real service-oriented data center system. The system adopts WCF technology of .NET platform service, HTTP protocol and DES encryption technology. It not only can achieve the purpose in service-oriented on software structure layer, but also ensure the safety of communication system. In the software detailed design stage, it makes full use of objectoriented technology, customizes service contract and abstracts service interfaces to guarantee the system transverse expansion very well and completes the object directly decoupling. The current system has been completed, and obtains very good practical application.

    Human Activity Recognition Based on High-level Semantic Codebook

    Human activity recognition is the important basis of video surveillance system. In this paper, a new activity recognition method is proposed based on the high-level codebook. We construct a code-word graph based on the mutual information of lowlevel code-words, and then partition the graph into different groups, which discover the high-level code-words patterns. Experimental result shows that the proposed method can effective recognize human activities.

    This article aims to improve the accuracy and speed of text classification. T * f algorithm is used to initially weigh the feature item, then stop words is used to shield specially meaningless words. Original probability distribution method and weighted L - E operator enable the features in the special positions or widely distributed to weight in exponential form, so that the better results converge faster. In this paper, by using the genetic algorithm, crossover operator and mutation operator, and adopting appropriate objective function, the retrieval process speeds up, and has a greater probability to get the optimal result. Hybrid algorithm is proposed, which can eliminate the synonyms and the characteristics of interference.

    This paper designs an automatic metal drill pipe straightening system using ATmega128A as controller for. The system is composed mainly of the work piece rotation system, bending detection system, straightening system, laser detection system and the main control circuit. It creatively gives a method of bending metal pipe detection based on touch screen technology. This method is a creative application of touch screen technology in bending test field. Straightening system using PID control algorithm improves the straightening accuracy of drill pipe. After the system simulation and test, it achieves the desired goals.

    For predicting complex economic data, selecting suitable prediction model is the key to improve the prediction accuracy. This paper uses the combination of grey model and regression model to predict the high technology industry output in Guizhou. Taking the advantages of this combination model can improve the linear regression model by considering the exponential growth and improve the grey model by considering the linear factor, so as to achieve the goal of improving the prediction accuracy. And the computer numerical simulation results show the effectiveness of the combination forecasting model.

    Servers usually use IP addresses of the data center. In order to realize some special functions, sometimes it’s necessary that the server uses IP address of remote data center. But the internet architecture makes it difficult to achieve. To build a tunnel on the internet using VPN technology, the server and the remote data center will be directly connected in the network layer. Then through the configuration of the routing rules, the server using the IP address of remote data center can be realized. Some characteristics in application will also be presented.
