    This paper takes advantage of the universal power-law distribution of social networks and proposes a leader based local community detection algorithm EALCN. It uses local structural information in the network to optimize a local objective function. A local community can be detected through continuous optimization of the function by expanding from an initial core member computed by a modified PageRank sorting algorithm. The advantage of this algorithm is that it only uses some local information of the network to detect communities by utilizing highly important nodes. The efficiency is higher than traditional algorithm

    The capacity to cope with sudden power failure is very poor because China's basic condition of coal mine power supply is poor, and the reliability is low. It is necessary for the kilometer deep coal mine to have a set of emergency power supply. Tangkou Coal Company built a set of 3000kW diesel generating sets as emergency power supply. When the blackout occurred, it can provide the power supply for auxiliary shaft hoisting and transportation and other important places. The project is currently in the normal operation at Tangkou Coal Company. It is very important for ensuring the safety in production, guaranting the safety of 1000m deep underground frontline operational staff's life.

    Personalized recommendation technology development is conducive to resolve the Internet data information overload problem. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of distributed processing architecture, this paper proposes the tag recommendation system based on Hadoop.     More and more intelligent households enter into people's lives. How to control the smart home in a simple and effective way becomes a difficult problem. This paper designs a wireless voice control system, consisting of the speech recognition module, microcontroller, wireless transmitting module and the wireless receiving module. In the program, sending "hello" into the chip by simply setting the chip registers can identify "hello" by the chip. The experimental results show that the voice module can accurately identify the password and send signals through the wireless transmitting module, and control the electric power on and off in real time. The system can control home appliances more easily instead of the manual contact power switch

    Experiment statistic finds that the more number of data blocks of test vectors are compatible with the reference data blocks, the smaller frequency of occurrence in the test data will be. On the contrary, the greater frequency will appear. According to this law, this paper presents a test data compression algorithm with FDR code. The simulation experiment of ISCAS reference circuit shows that the algorithm is better than another encoding mode in improving the compression ratio

    Aiming at the phenomenon that the video display is not smooth in the embedded development platform, this paper presents a scheme of face images collected by USB camera. This scheme is based on the Samsung S5PV210 and embedded Linux operating system, and porting Qt and OpenCV on it. This paper introduces the process of video image acquisition through OpenCV, taking the USB camera as the video image acquisition equipment, and display face image in real time on the LCD screen through Qt. After testing, the image can be smoothly displayed on the LCD screen. It provides a solution for video images display on the embedded platform.

    This paper analyzes and simulates some ergodic capacities of several typical systems such as SISO, SIMO, MISO and MIMO, especially studies on the channel capacity for MIMO system. Then, the research on the effects of correlation on the capacity of MIMO systems is emphasized. The results of the analysis and Matlab simulation show that as the wireless space increases and the spread angle becomes smaller, the angle of arrival of the receiving signal will be vertical with the array, the capacity of the channel will roll-off. Also, the effect on capacity is negligible with a correlation coefficient between two antennas blow 0.3, but when the correlation coefficient is as large as 0.7, the capacity will fall significantly.

    Course question answering is not only a process of classroom teaching but also an important part of web- based course. How to carry out question answering efficiently in web-based course has been an important problem for web-based course building. This paper introduces the design and implementation of the course question answering system based on Struts2 framework. The system uses the technologies such as HTML, DIV, CSS,Ajax,JavaScript,JSP etc., to realize the user login and register, keyword searching, files uploading, access controlling, dynamic navigation content and other functions. The system uses MySQL database to manage the courses, content and user information. It overcomes the shortcomings of time and place limitations in classroom teaching, making convenience for the online communication between teachers and students.

    Depending upon the all-in-one real-time monitor system of 16 bridges on Xiangxi and Yanhainan highways of Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province, based on fiber grating sensing technology, the identification of running heavy duty vehicles and their weights is achieved without investing the additional weighting systems at the bridgeheads. Employing high-speed data acquired by fiber grating strain sensors, the weights, space-time distribution of heavy duty vehicles can be identified by means of physical analyses, which is useful for monitoring and evaluating the operation status of bridges with heavy duty vehicles running. The statistical records of heavy duty vehicles are also beneficial to devise relevant bridge maintenance and management measurements.
