The innovation and breakthrough of the talent cultivation mode is the key in the higher vocational colleges for carrying out the work of the combination of engineering and learning. This paper summarizes the difficulties and bottlenecks in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and introduces the exploration and practice of the school- enterprise training mode.
