Abstract
This paper uses Python technology to obtain relevant data from the Douban platform, analyze user data, urban distribution
and other information, and uses LDA model to build models, train models, analyze and evaluate the emotional trends in user film reviews, including theme confusion and theme consistency. The analysis results help to better understand the habits of audiences in different regions, subjective emotions about film and television works, and have certain reference significance for evaluating and adjusting film market projects.

Abstract
For the problem of high temperature protective clothing design, this paper studies the parameters of the layers of material
to establish heat conduction model based on the law of conservation of energy and Fourier's law, attaining the partial differential
equations with variable coefficients. It uses finite difference method and traversal iterative method to solve the equations, attaining the most suitable convection heat transfer coefficient and temperature change rule, and further getting the optimal thickness and the highest heating temperature. Finally, the model is tested. The deviation from all of the final data is 0.99688, the model results have high accuracy.

talents is also increasing. By investigating the job requirements of e-commerce enterprises, this paper analyzes the current training
mode of e-commerce specialty and its existing problems, and puts forward a teaching mode of e-commerce specialty course based
on CBE concept. Taking 2020 e-commerce majors of Bozhou Vocational and Technical College as the research object, this paper
sets up two groups: the research group and the control group, compares and analyzes the learning effects of these two groups of students. The results show that the research group has obvious advantages over the control group in both theoretical and practical
achievements and teaching satisfaction.

Abstract
E-government is an important component of digital China and one of the important issues of the Party and the state in the
construction of infrastructure and the living level of people. To promote the construction and development of Chinese egovernment by studying the evolution and development model of e-government, it is of great significance to promote the development of digital economy and digital society. From the multi- dimension information of the background of the times, policy measures, application practice and technological innovation, the multi-dimensional spiral model of Chinese e-government evolution and development is emphatically constructed. From the aspects of problem- oriented proposition, model theory construction, model practice analysis, model application expectation, etc., the paper pushes forward and reveals the path of "technological innovation ? application driven? time policy>>>value for all" path mode in the evolution and development of e-government in China layer by layer. It also analyzes the new trend of the development of core technology framework of digital government in the future. The paper constructs a multi dimensional intertexture and spiral evolution model of Chinese e-government, and according to the model, it reveals the evolution and development path mode of Chinese e-government.

Abstract
To solve the problem of spectrum resource shortage, a key technology of cooperative spectrum prediction in cognitive radio network is adopted to improve the accuracy of spectrum prediction in this paper. This technology can effectively avoid the problem that the single user spectrum prediction is easy to be affected by environmental interference. In this paper, we first model the authorized channel state using queuing theory, predict the future time slot state of the channel by LSTM, and then summarize the final prediction results. Finally, by comparing LSTM with RNN and MLP methods in Python simulation, this paper takes prediction accuracy and F1 value as performance indicators to verify, and the results show that LSTM is superior to the other two algorithms.

Abstract
To enrich the "1+X" virtual reality skill level certificate training methods, this paper uses Unity3d game engine, GearVR
helmet and Galaxy S7 mobile phone to develop an interactive application of "1+X" virtual reality application development vocational skill level certificate (intermediate) based on oculus utilities and GearVR SDK. The virtual interaction is finally realized by focusing with helmet collimator, responding to input with gaze, click, ray, helmet touchpad and wireless controller, and cooperating with the animation state machine and UGUI system of Unity3d. It is packed into APK files and is tested on the galaxy S7 mobile phone platform. The test results show that the platform realizes the related functions. The research provides a virtual reality solution for "1+X" training.

Abstract
With the booming development of the new industrial park project of fruit canning processing enterprises in Pingyi County,
it is of great practical significance to accurately predict the sales volume of canned goods for enterprises to make correct decisions to achieve the expected revenue target. The new hybrid intelligent algorithm proposed in this paper uses Newton interpolation formula and 3/8 Simpson equation to improve the adjacency matrix in the grey prediction model, changes the coefficient of the whitening equation, and combines BP neural network to predict the sales volume of canned fruit. The algorithm is obtained by comparison with the actual sales data analysis of the root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and mean absolute error (MAE), which are 2.4%, 2.0 and 1.3 respectively. The algorithm accuracy is higher compared with the original hybrid intelligent algorithm, effectively improving the reference value, and can help enterprises more reasonable arrange production.

Abstract
The high efficiency and low ripple of linear stabilized power supply is one of its advantages. Through comparative analysis, this paper puts forward an improved scheme of using discrete components to design linear stabilized power supply. In this
scheme, the power frequency transformer is selected to realize the AC voltage conversion of 220V, and the bridge rectifier circuit
and capacitor filter circuit are selected to realize the rectification and filtering of the circuit. In the voltage stabilizing circuit, the sampling circuit samples through the sampling resistance; the reference voltage is provided by the TL431 and the voltage divider; the error amplification circuit is amplified by the LM358 dual operational amplifier and the voltage is adjusted by two power tubes.
Through the simulation of the final circuit and repeated debugging of the hardware, the continuous adjustable voltage from 220v input voltage to 0~20V output voltage is realized, and the current is stable at 1A output, and the ripple and differential voltage measured by the circuit are in line with the expected specifications.

Abstract
Based on the CNN model, a gesture recognition algorithm named Add_Layer_CNN (A_L_CNN for short) is proposed,
which is a three-layer extraction and anti-overfitting gesture recognition algorithm based on neural network CNN. A_L_CNN changes the single-layer convolution pooling in the traditional CNN model to three-layer convolution cubic pooling structurally, and adds the Dropout (random deactivation) layer to prevent overfitting. A_L_CNN is compared with traditional CNN and SVM. Experimental results in multiple test sets show that the average accuracy of the proposed A_L_CNN model is about 98.56%, that of the traditional CNN model is about 96.11%, and that of the SVM model is about 87.25%. Therefore, the accuracy of the proposed A_L_CNN model is higher.
