Abstract This paper analyzes the current development situation of integrated circuit industry in Wuxi, probes into the advantages and problems of its development, and puts forward the countermeasures for independent innovation, intellectual attraction and coordinated development, aiming at building a new high level of integrated circuit industry in Wuxi, so as to enhance the development strength of integrated circuit industry in Wuxi and provides new ideas for building a “new Silicon Valley” in China.
