Abstract Under the guidance of the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", the cooperative construction of college students innovation and entrepreneurship base emerges as the times require, which is as a mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and its management mechanism and operation mode are still under constant exploration and perfection.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cooperative innovation and entrepreneurship base of colleges and enterprises at this stage, according to the characteristics of the base and the practice of students, this paper puts forward the guarantee measures.
