Abstract Receiver characterization become very important as chip interface speed is higher and higher. This article bases on
CTLE AC gain and DC gain, combines analysis result of bit error test, proposes a decision feedback equalizer test method via bit error
distributed table. It can check performance of decision feedback equalizer intuitively, and provides results of chip performance.
