Abstract At present, many higher vocational colleges actively explore effective ways to promote the growth of students. Taking the digital media application technology major of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example, this paper analyzes the teaching design and practice of combining modern apprenticeship system with tutorial system under the background of modern apprenticeship system, promotes the growth of students, and improves the quality of personnel training.
