    Controversy and Localization Consideration of STEM Education Model

    China has incorporated STEM education into its national strategic development policy, calling on society, schools and indi- viduals to pay extensive attention to STEM education and the cultivation of innovative talents. By sorting out the origin, develop- ment and implementation process of STEM education, the article puts forward three main controversies in the implementation of STEM education today: over-focus on technology without following the laws of education; over-focus on the acquisition of results and not on the evaluation of knowledge mastery level. Finally, the article proposes that STEM education needs to work together from the macro system level, school education level and family social level, in order to train STEM teachers to promote students’ self-efficacy, and to promote students' fairness in STEM education with family and social life planning and guidance awareness. It is hoped to explore on the STEM education model with Chinese characteristics and achieve the educational goal of STEM education.

According to the characteristics of artificial intel- ligence specialty in higher vocational colleges and the large-scale demand of society, it puts forward the teaching mode of produc- tion and education integration of artificial intelligence specialty, the training mode of professional talents, the mode of school-enter- prise cooperation, and the model of innovation and entrepreneurship. It provides a feasible scheme for the cultivation of artificial in- telligence talents in higher vocational colleges.

    To suppress interference signals in millimeter wave communications, especially narrowband interference signals, a receiv- er algorithm based on frequency domain with fast convergence is proposed. The algorithm introduces the weight leakage factor and the convergence factor, which proves the superiority of the algorithm proposed in this paper in suppressing the narrowband interfer- ence of the system under the same environment from both theoretical and simulation aspects. Whether in terms of convergence speed or bit error rate performance, the new algorithm can achieve a good result. This algorithm can enable the ultra-wideband re- ceiving system to achieve rapid convergence and reduce the impact of narrowband interference on system performance.

    MOOC, Microlecture and Flipped Classroom have become the main direction of future education development. SPOC is the inheritance and development of MOOC. It has some improvement and optimization in teaching form and teaching mode. Aiming at the various problems existing in the course of College Computer Foundation and relying on the super-star teaching platform, this paper constructs the SPOC mixed teaching mode according to the design and development of teaching resources, the teaching activi- ties, the design of evaluation system and so on. The teaching mode strengthens the reform and innovation of the original teaching mode of the basic computer course, promotes the quality of classroom teaching and improves students' autonomous learning ability. Through the comprehensive evaluation of teaching, it is found that the application of this teaching mode has achieved remarkable re- sults.

    Improved Sobel Edge Detection Operator Based on Butterworth Filter

    In order to solve the defects of single calculation direction, inaccurate positioning and poor edge connectivity in traditional Sobel operator image edge detection, this paper proposes an image edge detection algorithm that combines Butterworth high-pass fil- tering and improved Sobel operator, and uses the combination of the two techniques to perform edge detection and feature extraction on images. Firstly, the image is pre-processed by the Butterworth high-pass filter, then the improved Sobel operator that adds six - direction templates is used to the traditional Sobel operator for edge detection. Through experimental simulation, compared with the traditional algorithm, this algorithm has the following advantages: prominent edge, good connectivity, low sensitivity to noise, high positioning accuracy.

    The rapid development of information technology has promoted the popularization of social media applications. Social me- dia has become a platform for users to search for real-time information and communicate and interact. Privacy protection is an im- portant symbol of the progress of human modern civilization. While enjoying the benefits brought by social media, human rights al- so face unprecedented challenges. Therefore, the protection of privacy highlights its importance. This paper analyzes the information leakage of Facebook users in order to discover the various risks faced by the privacy protection of social media users. Then it re- views the user privacy protection measures of major social media platforms at home and abroad. Finally, it is recommended that the government level should speed up the improvement of the social media platform user privacy supervision system, the enterprise lev- el should strengthen the implementation of the social media platform user privacy protection subject responsibility, and the user must improve personal information security literacy and protect personal information and privacy together.

    Improvement of LEACHAlgorithm Based on Extending WSN Life Cycle

    Energy maintenance of wireless sensor network nodes is not easy to achieve, so energy saving is one of the main consider- ations in network design. Based on the study of hierarchical cluster-head LEACH algorithm, an improved algorithm—NLEACH al- gorithm is proposed. K times of the ratio between the residual energy of the node and the total energy of the system is introduced as the residual energy factor in the threshold calculation, which affects the change of cluster head number and network life cycle. In ad- dition, for nodes with different residual energy, nodes with more residual energy can act as cluster heads with high probability, in or- der to take advantage of the energy of each node. Through MATLAB simulation experiment, the results show that compared with LEACH algorithm, NLEACH algorithm prolongs the network life cycle and increases the data transmission volume.

And finally it cal- culates the number of fiber modes,cut-off wavelength,bending loss,dispersion and mode field distribution and other performance parameters of the G.657 fiber by the OptiFiber simulation system.

    With the rapid development of science and technology in the information age, video surveillance plays an important role in banks, hospitals, hotels and other public places, providing an important way for the application of public security investigation and judicial evidence collection. However, due to the influence of illumination and environment, the image quality is not ideal in some cases. Therefore, how to achieve video image enhancement under the existing conditions has been a hot research topic. Traditional image enhancement algorithms only deal with a single frame image, but the image itself contains less information and the processing effect is not ideal. In this paper, an improved super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on POCS is proposed, which recon- structs multiple degraded YUV video images with low resolution into one frame with high resolution. Compared with the traditional gray transformation and histogram equalization algorithm, the effect of video image enhancement proposed in this paper is obvious- ly improved.

    University Employment Forecasting Model Based on LightGBM

    In view of the characteristics of high-dimensional, unbalanced and multi-category employment data, in order to further im- prove the accuracy of decision tree method in the employment prediction of college students, an employment prediction model based on LightGBM is proposed. First the improved ADASYN sampling algorithm is used to increase the minority class in the data sam- ple, and then the employment data after balance is used for training LightGBM algorithm, and Bayesian model is used for parameter optimization to get the final employment prediction. Finally the prediction model is analyzed to measure the influence of each fea- ture on employment. The validity of the proposed method is verified through the data set of unbalanced employment data of college graduates, and compared with various unbalanced classification methods. It is proved that the proposed model has better prediction performance.
