Based on the analysis of students' learning situation in private higher vocational colleges and the current teaching situation of database basic course, and according to the precise positioning of enterprise post demand, the training objectives of database basic course in higher vocational colleges are proposed. Driven by the curriculum training objectives, this paper introduces the teaching de- sign from the aspects of curriculum ideological and political, teaching software platform, teaching resources, teaching projects, teach- ing content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and learning evaluation effect, so as to build a high-quality curriculum teaching system
