    Research and Discussion on the Construction of the "Computer Application Engineering" Ma- jor in Vocational and Technical University——A Case Study on Guangzhou Vocational and Technical University of Science and Technology

    In June 2019, the Ministry of Education officially approved 15 vocational and technical universities, and six universities opened computer application engineering majors. In order to meet with the new requirements of the Ministry of Education for voca- tional education, this paper studies and discusses on the undergraduate specialty construction program of "Computer Application En- gineering" in vocational and technical universities. It puts forward the need to optimize the talent training scheme, construct the teaching management system suitable for the vocational undergraduate course, construct the curriculum system which combines the professional theory with practice, and strengthen the input of training base configuration.

    Self-enrollment is an authorized way for higher vocational colleges to recruit students by independently organizing exami- nations. This article takes the enrollment of CNC equipment application and maintenance of Guangdong Mechanical & Electronic Polytechnic as an example. Through the investigation and comparison of the performance of self-enrollment students and the recruit- ing students from entrance to graduation in multiple dimensions to get the data and conclusions. Finally, it provides theoretical sup- port and empirical basis for the reform and improvement of independent enrollment in higher vocational colleges and the improve- ment of talent training quality assurance system.

    Nowadays, the complexity of image processing algorithm is more and more high, the amount of data in image processing is more and more large, and the real-time performance of image processing is very important. In order to solve the problems of im- age preprocessing and real-time video stream data, this paper presents a method of image acquisition and processing system based on FPGA and OV5640 using Sobel operator for edge detection. FPGA transmits the video stream data collected by OV5640 camera to SDRAM, which is processed by Sobel operator template and then is displayed through VGA. The design is based on EP4CE10F17C8, which is the FPGA chip of the Cyclone IV series of Intel company. The experimental results show that the real- time processing of video stream data can be realized by using pipeline design and ping-pong operation based on FPGA and Sobel edge detection algorithm.

    In the classical DV-Hop algorithm, the estimation of unknown point coordinates by the hop distance and least squares method will lead to large errors. To solve this problem, a weighting factor is introduced to correct the average hop distance, and a simulated annealing algorithm is used instead of the least squares method to solve the unknown node coordinates. The number of beacon nodes and communication radius are taken as variables to study the improvement effect. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of the improved positioning algorithm is significantly improved, and the error rate is significantly reduced with fewer beacon nodes and smaller communication radius, which has higher practical application value.

However, it is not difficult to find that the mainstream travel website on the network are hotels and air ticket booking as the core. Few websites provide users with the auxiliary function of travel decision. This makes it difficult for people to quickly and con- veniently understand the current tourism hotspots and provide appropriate travel plans. With the rapid development of information technology, Internet technology and computer technology, WebGIS is entering people's life and gradually becoming a topic of con- cern for Web applications. Network geographic information system is also becoming a popular information tool. Therefore, this pa- per establishes a tourism information decision system based on WebGIS, which will start from the perspective of geographic infor- mation system and carry out information optimization based on ant colony algorithm. It uses WebGIS to realize the function of que- ry and analysis of tourism spatial information and provide users with intelligent travel route planning.

    Crowd testing mode is a new testing mode rising with the development of the Internet. A virtual testing team is established through the Internet to complete the settlement of testing tasks according to the quality audit results of test feedback. This paper dis- cusses on the feasibility of its implementation according to the framework and application scenarios of the crowd testing mode in mobile communication. At the same time, it should have the feasibility of cost reduction and efficiency increase in integrating idle test resources, quantifying user perception and locating blind spots of user group perception, which provides a reference for the real- ization of crowd testing mode in mobile communication.

    With the continuous development of the payment market, the data structure characteristics of new business forms such as mobile Internet have changed significantly, and intelligent cloud data center is the general trend of development in the current indus- try. This paper proposes an artificial intelligence method and system design for dynamic scheduling of cloud resources based on busi- ness prediction. The resource availability of daily physical machines has changed over time, and it is necessary to reintegrate the re- sources in order to save energy and meet the requirements of service. In the early stage of large-scale marketing, capacity analysis is combined to make prediction in advance, and intelligent multi-dimensional capacity decision expansion based on artificial intelli- gence and machine self-learning is adopted. The dynamic migration and integration method of virtual machines in cloud data centers with high energy efficiency provides a new solution for improving energy efficiency of cloud computing data centers, ensuring sys- tem reliability and reducing operation and maintenance costs of cloud data centers.

    Since the existing algorithm LapSRN only using the robust Charbonnier loss and traditional convolution kernel,it can cause model cannot extract more high-frequency information and have relatively small receptive filed. In this paper, we use structur- al loss combined with robust Charbonnier loss and use dilated convolution kernel to replace the traditional convolution kernel to im- prove the performance of our model. Experimental results show that our model can extract more high-frequency information and the quality of reconstructed image has been improved, meanwhile it doesn’t increase the complexity of model.

    With the rapid development of information technology, information technology specialty has a very broad employment prospect. At present, higher vocational colleges face opportunities and challenges as a training base for skilled talents. Although many higher vocational colleges have opened information technology specialties, they have not been able to combine local and re- gional industry characteristics, and there are a series of problems such as fuzzy professional positioning, development lagging be- hind the market, unscientific curriculum system, and backward experimental training conditions. This paper puts forward some ideas for professional construction from the four aspects of top-level positioning, integration of production and education, curriculum sys- tem and training resources construction.
