The DATIS is widely used by global air traffic control system, which is an advanced achievement of automatic air traffic control technology. The large-scale application of DATIS technology will effectively reduce the workload of pilots and improve the ability of excluding human interference, thus providing a basic guarantee for the more effective work of controllers. Based on this, this paper is mainly to introduce the implementation and construction process of the DATIS and DCL systems in Guiyang.
